5a. Firebase, Authentication, and Customer Portal

Cyber Glider Solutions uses Google Firebase to power features on our website, including user authentication and the customer portal.

  • Firebase Authentication — allows customers to create a secure account and sign in to the customer portal
  • Firebase Firestore — stores customer portal data including saved evaluations, support requests, onboarding tasks, and service updates within your account

When you create a customer portal account, your email address and authentication data are managed by Firebase/Google. Portal content you create or save (such as evaluation results and support requests) is stored in Firestore under your unique user ID.

If you delete your portal account, contact us at admin@cyberglidersolutions.com to request deletion of your associated data.

In the future, customer portal functionality may also be provided through the Nexus workspace, which may store your account and service data on dedicated servers. This policy will be updated when that migration occurs.
